Standup paddleboard yoga is basic asana practiced on 10- to 12-foot-long boards in the most serene setting of the beach. The asana corrects your posture, improves flexibility, improves balance and more. Doing yoga on a surface that is constantly in motion fires up the core and strengthens muscles.
